Perfection Loop

A neat, inline fixed loop — perfect for loop-to-loop leader connections (common in fly fishing).

How to tie it

  1. 1Form a loop with the tag crossing behind the standing line.
  2. 2Make a second, smaller loop in front of the first.
  3. 3Bring the tag between the two loops.
  4. 4Pull the second loop through the first loop.
  5. 5Wet and cinch so the loop stands straight inline; trim.

Common mistakes
